i celebrated my birthday here and had a wonderful stay. the atmosphere was exciting, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. my room was cozy, making my time much better than previous visits to other places in central city.

Cozy room, clean room, with a flat-screen TV and complimentary breakfast included that was filling for a day of exploration since the hotel is conveniently located about 72 km from Denver International Airport.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The clean and comfortable room made resting easy after visiting the Gilpin History Museum and the Central City Opera House. Enjoyed the casino's lively atmosphere. There's great cable programming and 24-hour reception for convenience.

One downside was the lack of a proper water temperature for the shower. It was ice cold during my stay, which was a letdown.

We scored a fantastic room for a very decent price, and the casino was a blast. The staff at the hotel desk really helped us out when we had questions about signing up for that casino membership-those perks can make a difference, trust me.
